Through the pickup mechanism located at the lower front end of the baler stacker frame, the traveling mechanism at the rear end, the turning and collecting mechanism on the frame, the pushing device, the pressing fork, the control mechanism, the hydraulic transmission system, and the hydraulic lifting system, the machine achieves automatic pickup, collection, and stacking of square bales.

The pickup mechanism is bucket-shaped with its opening facing forward, and the bales are picked up by means of a vertical transmission chain mounted on the inner surface of the pickup mechanism’s back plate. In the turning and collecting mechanism, the first-stage turning platform is a horizontally positioned plate, while the second-stage turning platform and the collecting platform are angled plates. The use of the first-stage and second-stage turning platforms ensures that the collection and stacking of square bales proceed in an orderly manner.
